Starting September 17th CFQ will be taking part in a national Paleo challenge.  We will be taking the Lurong Living challenge to not only get healthier and perform better, but to have a chance at winning $50,000 gym make over!

They are also offering start-up gifts, weekly prizes, overall prizes for the different age and gender categories! CFQ will be throwing in our own weekly prizes as well as choosing overall winners,  in both male and female categories.

Registration for the challenge is $50 (with discounts for Lurong membership).  Remember, you are not just competing against your fellow CrossFit Queens sweat buddies but pushing each other to succeed and have a chance at that $50,000 gym make over.  Let’s make this our biggest and best Paleo challenge yet!
