“Strength Challenge”
This is the beginning of our first challenge at CFQ. The CrossFit Total will be the first test for all of you. This result of this workout will establish our starting strength point and a baseline to measure our results against. Our programming will be focusing on improving strength in these three major lifts during the next 4 weeks. We will repeat this workout at the end of the program and measure our progress.
