Coach Michael Voigt
Have a question about a tight muscle or performance in general? Mike probably has the answer you’ve been seeking. After serving with the United States Marines for eight years, Michael decided to hang up his boots and store away his guns, in order to trade them in for a set of inov-8’s and kettle-bells.
Due to his passion for fitness Michael has been attending seminars and amassing a collection of certifications in the four major components of Crossfit; i.e. Gymnastics, Weight training, Nutrition, and Endurance. Michael is currently enrolled in school finishing his fitness specialist degree (AS) in order to assist him in achieving his degree in exercise physiology (BS).
Michael strong point is his ability to coach a group while seeing every athlete individually. He is able to naturally assess movements in order to point out strengths along with faults to ensure optimum performance and reduce injury.

Assistant Coach Kevin Hall
On 1st (and 2nd and 3rd) glimpse you’ll likely notice that Kevin is not a very big guy. Despite his extremely competitive nature, his tall and lanky frame has limited him in all his athletic endeavors, resulting in his greatest athletic accomplishments coming on the golf course in high school and college. After college there was no longer any athletic or competitive release, until he found Crossfit. Since then he has been working to overcome the weaknesses that come from his build by studying (see “obsessing”) all things crossfit from movements to technique to cues. If you have a weakness, Kevin has likely had the same weakness and will do everything he can to help you address that weakness through programming and technique. You can always find him at the gym so if you ever see him, feel free to rack his brain…you might learn something!

Personal Trainer Claudette Mompalao
Claudette’s passion for fitness all started with Jane Fonda tapes in the living room with mom, ballet in the studio and weight lifting in college. Then after realizing she was the “go to” person for everything exercise and diet related among friends and family, she decided to pursue a career in fitness and really make a difference. She loves to motivate and help people reach their goals with her “no nonsense” approach to training, while educating them on how to take care of their health and get moving. Seeing people achieve what they thought was impossible is what it’s all about for her. Holding a personal training certification by the NSCA, Claudette hopes to pursue a BS in Exercise Physiology in addition to her BFA and continues to attend seminars and certifications in order to better serve her clients.
