All terms listed below are listed in the terms agreed to when purchasing your memberships online here.

All monthly memberships are 12 month commitments.  You’re responsible for all payments and acting in accordance with the parameters below.  No exceptions.

You can cancel at anytime in writing with 15 days notice prior to your billing date.  Anytime after that, your cancellation will be processed the next month and you’ll be responsible for that months payments.  No exceptions.

You can upgrade, downgrade or switch your membership in writing with the same 15 days notice.  Anytime after that, your cancellation will be processed the next month and you’ll still be responsible for that months payments.  No exceptions.

All memberships are automatically billed to your credit or debit card each month.  Packs of classes are auto-renewed and auto- billed as well.

If you choose not to come to class, you are still responsible for paying your membership.  The only exceptions are if you are physically unable to attend (injury, moved/moving out of state).  No exceptions. Car not working, not an exception.  On vacation, no exception.  Work is too busy, no exception.
