Anyone can do it! You do not have to be fit, in order to get fit! At CFQ we have a variety of program options to meet your needs and help you reach your goals! All of the movements we teach are universal in their ability to improve your performance. Here is how you get started:
Give It A Try | 2 Sessions For $5
Are you ready to start your fitness journey? Now it is even easier to get started, with our new trial program, you get to try 1 CrossFit class and 1 Personal Training session for just $5.
With 40+ classes available each week, you will always find a class that fits your schedule! You do not need to have experience with fitness to join into CrossFit Classes*, our coaches will meet you at your ability level to get you moving!
Classes for FLEXFiiT can be made by appointment only.*

Jump into a Membership
If you have previous experience with CrossFit at another gym, you are welcome to start right away with an Unlimited Membership.
At CFQ, we offer a variety of programs under one awesome membership! We offer classes in CrossFit, FLEXFiiT, Weightlifting, and other Specialty programs, as well Open Gym time, under one Unlimited Membership. With over 80 classes offered weekly, there will always be something to fit your schedule!
If you are new to CrossFit, prior to joining the CrossFit Classes, you will start with our Foundations Program, where you will learn all of the essential movements under the guidance of our expert coaches. Foundations will provide you with the knowledge to safely progress in the CrossFit program and guide you towards success!
