CrossFit is an effective way to get fit. Anyone can do it. All the movements we do in CrossFit are universal in their ability to improve your performance. Here is how you get started.

Ready...Let's Go
Getting started is as easy as signing up to a free introduction class. Our introduction classes can be completed by anyone regardless of fitness level and are designed to give you an overview of what we do and why we do it. You will learn how our classes are structured, meet coaches and members and perform a short workout at the end. Register online to reserve your spot in our introduction class.

Start With Beginners Classes
Pick a membership that suits you. When you start at CFQ you will be required to attend beginners classes for the first four weeks. Beginners classes are on Mon/Wed at 7pm, Tue/Thu at 6:45am or 8pm, and Saturday at 9am. Our beginner’s classes teach you the basics of CrossFit and build your general fitness base. We make sure you learn everything you need to know to be comfortable and successful in our all levels CrossFit classes. You learn how to safely perform the barbell and olympic lifts we use in our workouts. In addition, you learn how to scale movements and manage intensity to your own fitness level. Each beginners class has a workout following the instruction period. After finishing your four weeks of beginners classes you can decide to continue with more beginners classes at the same rate or you can move into our all level CrossFit classes.

Workout of the Day
Once you are comfortable with all the movements you learned in the beginners classes (usually after 4 weeks) join our all levels CrossFit classes. Many of the exercises that we do in CrossFit are different from any you have done before. When you are just starting out focus on form and go light with the weight. In our all levels CrossFit classes you put to work all the skills you learned in the beginners classes and will perform the Workout of the Day (W.O.D).
