Welcome to CrossFit Queens,
CrossFit Queens is a training community dedicated to improving your fitness. We want you to train hard and have fun while doing it. At CFQ we pride ourselves on providing you, the athlete, value through quality coaching and personal attention.
We run our workouts in small groups led by certified coaches. This allows our athletes personal attention from our trainers and support from other group members. We begin each session with a dynamic warm up. Then we review the WOD (workout of the day) and movements involved and hit it hard! We end each session with flexibility training. Expect to be in and out in about 1 hour. More intensity in less time = results!
CrossFit is not your typical workout program. We deliver you results through constantly varied workouts using functional movements done at a high intensity. CrossFit increases performance, with losing weight, feeling and looking better as byproducts of our program.
Our movements require a higher degree of skill that must be taught and a level of intensity that must be acclimated to. To achieve success with CrossFit, we’ve outlined 3 easy steps to get you started:

Now that you understand what CrossFit is all about, contact one of our coaches to set up a free trial to experience the program first hand. We’ll walk you through our program, class structure and answer any questions you have.

Now that you’ve decided CrossFit Queens is for you, sign up for our Foundations Program. Every new athlete is required to complete our Foundations program.
