At CrossFit Queens, we run all of our workouts as a small group training session. We warm up, practice a skill and then workout as one group that is coached by CrossFit certified trainers. Expect to learn and challenge yourself in each session. We offer the following services, Crossfit group classes, Personal Training, Bootcamp, Adventure Racing Class, Sport Specific Conditioning, and Next Level Strength.
To Join our CROSSFIT Classes:
STEP 1: Sign up for our Foundations course (private or group).
All new athletes must start by completing the Foundations course. Register now for our next foundations cycle here. This program is structured to teach the new athlete the 9 fundamental movements, plus many more, that CrossFit uses to achieve elite fitness. We teach proper mechanics, get you moving safe, consistently and then we add intensity. Foundations meets twice a week, Tuesday/Thursday at 8pm or Tuesday/Thursday 7am. Private and Semi-Private Foundations Cycle
Can’t make the foundations schedule? Don’t want to wait until the next foundations cycle starts to begin? Want a more individualized approach? Sign up for private foundations cycle now by emailing info@crossfitqueensny.com.
You will work privately with a coach. This 3 session private cycle covers all the same information as the Group Foundations however is individualized for your needs. Private foundations is great for people who want to work at their own pace or have existing orthopedic issues.
We also offer Semi-Private Foundations. If you and a few friends or spouse want to complete foundations together email info@crossfitqueensny.com to schedule your Semi-Private Foundation Cycle.
STEP 2: Sign up for Crossfit Group WOD’s
After successful completion of our Foundations course (group or private), you can join our group class schedule as often as you want by choosing one of our membership options here.

To Join our bootcamp classes:
Hitfit is a high intensity, ultra-calorie burning workout in a fun and engaging atmosphere. It is a complete workout experience, strengthening and toning while building endurance and functional fitness. This is accomplished by a circuit regime of high and moderate intensity exercises, learning new techniques across the widest array of training styles including cardio kick boxing, plyometrics, and kettle bells. To begin Personal Training at Crossfit Queens:
Our 1 on 1 Personal training, sessions will enable you to get stronger, faster and lose those unwanted pounds. Your coach will work with you to identify your fitness goals and design a program specifically targeted to those goals, enabling you to achieve a higher level of fitness as quickly as possible.
