    Registration is Closed!

    WOD 1 “Supermoves”
6 Min to Establish 5RM Hang Snatch (Hip to overhead, need not squat)

Standard: Bar is picked up off the floor and comes to a rest at the hips. Redip must be performed to initiate the lift. Bar must be caught overhead and complete lockout of the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips must be obtained for the rep to count. The athlete must complete 5 reps without dropping the bar to the floor. The athlete may pause at any point, but only in the overhead position or in the hip. Hands must be on the bar at all times. Regrip is allowed, but holding the bar in the hip is prohibited. The final score is the weight to bodyweight ratio. Highest ratio wins.

WOD 2 (10 min Cut off) “Kris Kros”
    21-15-9
    Burpees
    255# Deadlift
    3x Double Unders

    Standards:
Burpees – Chest and thighs touch the ground. 1 Foot jump at the top of the burpee with a clap overhead. Hips must be opened at the top.

Deadlift – Hips must be opened at the top with the shoulders behind the barbell. Barbell must touch the ground before the next rep. No bouncing is permitted. No Sumo stance is not permitted.

Double Unders – The rope must pass under the feet. Attempts are not counted as reps. ”

    WOD 3: “Walk This Way”
    5 min AMRAP
    10 Pistols
    20′ Handstand Walk

    Standards:
Handstand Walk – There will be markers spaced out by 2 feet that will designate “starting points”. If the athlete fails to reach this “starting point” they must return to the previous “starting point”. The athlete is finished with the Handstand walk once the athlete crosses the 20 foot line with both hands. If the athlete crosses a “starting point” but then moves backwards behind it, it still constitutes a cross and can move up to that “starting point”

Pistols – Foot must be in front of the athlete (no hooking the foot to the leg) If the foot touches the ground it is a no rep. If the athlete falls backwards before the hips are opened it is a no rep. All 5 reps of one leg must be completed before the next leg.

WOD 4 will be announced on the day of. There will be a cut made for the final WOD.
