CrossFit Queens will provide you with strength and conditioning, nutrition education, and a supportive and fun community bolstered through events and our long standing reputation in Astoria. Bottom Line: Our approach to fitness delivers amazing results.

  • How We Train

    We utilize CrossFit as our primary training method. We use functional exercise that combines kettle bell training, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, medicine ball and dumbbell training, plyometrics, power-lifting, rowing, running and jumping rope. We have pull-up bars, kettle bells, barbells, gymnastic rings, sandbags, tires and a huge open space for lifting, running, jumping, climbing, and flipping or pulling tires.

    CrossFit Queens will provide you with a professional environment and knowledgeable staff dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. We train our students in each of the 10 recognized fitness domains: Cardio-respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. The stimulus we provide is always varied with a focus on strength. We teach our students about nutrition to look, perform and feel better.

    Anyone and everyone. You can find students, business executives, stay-at-home moms, athletes, writers, producers, actors, web designers, software engineers, educators, military and law enforcement, first responders, and lawyers at CrossFit Queens.

  • Community Is Key

    CrossFit Queens is community of individuals here to challenge and support you. Our lifestyle involves fitness, fun and good health. Not only have we launched premiere fitness and nutrition events such as the Spring Clean Eating Challenge and our CrossFit Competitions : “Hail to the Queen” and “King of Queens” but we foster our community with holiday and birthday parties and events outside the gym.

  • Workout of the Day

    Once you are comfortable with all the movements you learned in the beginners classes (usually after 4 weeks) join our all levels CrossFit classes. Many of the exercises that we do in CrossFit are different from any you have done before. When you are just starting out focus on form and go light with the weight. In our all levels CrossFit classes you put to work all the skills you learned in the beginners classes and will perform the Workout of the Day (W.O.D).
