| WOD: | 2010 Northeast Regionals Team WOD 1 “Pull and Push” in 12 Minutes complete: Men – 40 Snatches @ 115# Women – 40 Snatches @ 83# Then – When both men and women are done with all 40 reps, the team will go for the maximum repetitions of handstand pushups in the time remaining, one individual at a time. |
Coach’s Note:
Designed for 2 women, 2 men.
Can be altered to be 1 man 1 woman by having the reps and halving the time.
Or can be altered to 2 men or 2 women by using the same weight and reps for specified gender and same time.
Men and women can work at the same time.
