Please show up today wearing the colors of your favorite football team. Start this Sunday fun-day off right!
Skill: 5 Minute AMRAP of Double Unders
if you are proficient at Double Unders, do Triple Unders.

10 Minutes HSPU practice
Scale up: free standing tripod or ring HSPU Practice.

WOD: 1RM Back Squat

This is a skill WOD. Do not scale down unless you are REALLY struggling with the jump rope
