Skill: Accumulate 5 Rope Climbs. If you are proficient with Rope Climbs, try School Boy-ing or L-Climbs.
WOD: 5 Min AMRAP Bodyweight Bench
4 min AMRAP Lunges with 45#/25# dumbbells
3 min AMRAP KBS 53#/35#
2 min AMRAP 135# Push Jerks
1 min AMRAP Double Unders

The GORUCK Challenge is coming to NYC! This is an 8-10 hour long team adventure run guided by a special operations cadre. Yes, there will be plenty of burpees and push ups while you get to experience our city from a whole different perspective. Registration fee is $120. The challenge will take place on Oct 22.
