Warm Up: Bring a friend to CrossFit.
Skill: Burgener Warm Up/Skill Transfer
WOD: Seven rounds of:
35 Double-unders
1 Snatch

Make one snatch attempt per round. Your score is the amount of weight you move.

    A reminder about today’s WOD (Don’t worry, I will remind you during class as well). This is a two part WOD. You are supposed to go as fast as possible, but also as heavy as possible. Also, you can only make ONE snatch attempt per round. So, if you miss a rep, you get a score of zero, and move right back into the double unders. He is the original posting on mainsite with a video you should watch also.
