The end of another strength cycle is wrapping up. We will be starting the second month of the Olympic Lifting cycles and it will be starting on January 30th. If you are interested, please email Nick at nick@crossfitqueensny.comwith the following information:
Clean 1RM
Snatch 1RM
Clean & Jerk 1RM
Jerk 1RM
Front Squat 1RM
Overhead Squat 1RM
If you do not have 1RM of those lifts, please list your highest weight listed and for how many reps you completed the lift for. (example: OHS 75# x 3)
