    1. Stanch Balance, WOW! I need to break my 135 lbs record this time. Time to breakout the heavy duty wraps again.

    2. 3×5 snatch balance- 65,85,85. Stayed light. Stance goes too wide on drop down. Flexibility still my main issue. Needs to be my focus everyday.
      WOD- 6:08 (155lb snatch deadlifts)

      B: beef jerky 4oz, almonds 12, 2 sliced cucumbers, piece of banana
      L: egg omlette w/ chicken (approx 2-3 eggs, 2 oz chicken, 1 cup diced fruit, coffee, 4 tbs cream
      D: zone bar
      S: banana, 9 almonds
      s: blackberries 1 cup, walnuts 9, canadian bacon 2 oz

      L: salad with slivered almonds, 4-5oz beef jerkey, 2 slices pineapple
      Pre-WOD: larabar
      Dinner: mushrooms, one egg, tbsp guac

      60lb DL 7:00. I love running
      B: 2 hard boiled eggs/whites only. 3 slices deli turkey w/ quac
      L: Grilled chicken with lots of peas
      Pre workout: 1/2 sweet potato, 2 slices turkey with quac
      D: Small salad w/ 2 turkey sausage, tomato sauce.
      Snacks: apple, almonds

    9. Man, you guys don’t eat!
      Had to go to Island today, so missed workout. Just got back into Astoria after an hour & a half of traffic and just know I won’t get up for that a.m. class!
      B-2 med. eggs, gr. chick, strawberries
      Snack- 1 1/2 clementines
      L- chick. salad on whole wheat w/cherry tomatoes
      Snuck in one almond joy
      D- 2 bbq chicken thighs, greek salad, 1/2 pita w/ hummus

      Wod: 5:30ish. Did one lap, was in awful pain, had to switch to mountain climbers. I hate my shins. To say I was disappointed is putting it very mildly.

    13. Rest of food log:
      Lunch: 2 poached eggs, 3 slice bacon, 1 cup strawberries
      S: Peach, lots of celery, 3 0z cheese
      D: 1/4 avocado, canadian bacon, celery, 1/2 dark chocolate bar, 1/2 cup blackberries
      eve out: 2 vodka seltzers

      L: Turkey burger (no bread), with steamed broccoli, zucchini, carrots
      D: US Open – a bunch of apps, such as, Pork, crab dip, chorizo and cheese, 1 mojito
      S: handful of cashews
      No WOD

    15. 3.3 mile run
      B: coffee, soy milk, banana
      L: rib eye steak
      S: handful of mixed nuts
      D: tapas, 1 mojito
