Had to go to Island today, so missed workout. Just got back into Astoria after an hour & a half of traffic and just know I won’t get up for that a.m. class!

Wod: 5:30ish. Did one lap, was in awful pain, had to switch to mountain climbers. I hate my shins. To say I was disappointed is putting it very mildly.
