    3. RXd…11:45ish.

I definitely got to 20 and wanted to stop and take a nap, so thanks to my counter Billy for pushing me through that one…or should I say annoying me through?

    4. Yeah, thanks for cheering me on everyone!

    5. Anyone remember when Paul-the-slave-driver threw Karen at us as a surprise?!?! Here’s the link. http://crossfitqueensny.com/2010/02/28/wod-9285/#comments

2 apples and some carrots. I was really hungry today.

      • oh the apples and carrots were snacks throughout the day and not all for dinner :)

      • Karen made me sweat the most tonight as well. I was in the first heat, stayed after to practice my kip swing, then waited for the subway and went home. Was still dripping when I walked in the door. Sweatiest WOD ever.

    14. 13:42 on Karen as RX’ed …..that was an extremely tough one!!

    15. That was sooo hard for me! First time doing wall balls with 14 lb. ball and first time I really wanted to quit half way through. Like REALLY wanted to quit. Even tried to switch out my ball for a 10 pounder, Brandy said NO.
      18 min.
Thanks everyone for pumping me up and getting me through it!

Will probably fit in a half a grapefruit w/ drizzle of honey before I get to bed.

    16. Karen 16:35 14lbs as Rx

My motivation to get better? The fact that Brandy did this WOD in half the amount of time I did!

    17. Karen 14lbs –11:31

      Scores:

      Total 322
I think I could’ve done better on the PP, row and wall ball. Goal of 20+ on all of those and 15 on the rower, which would add about 45 points for a total of 367.

I think if i didn’t do a wod before this, I could do better.
Next time we meet FGB, I will own you!
