End. WOD: 20 minute run: 2.25 miles and, I’d say about 200 meters.
First mile was 7:51 which made me happy.
Class: Back squat: my legs were tired so I only did 2×3, both 65lb
Push Press: 35lbs- i tried to do 65lbs and could only do one.

Pre End. workout: 1/2 a banana and 1 hard boiled egg (white only)
In between workout: another banana
Lunch: Tuna salad. no mayo but with a bunch of chopped veggies.
Dinner: 2 hot dogs (no bun) corn on the cob (3 small pcs)
I totally need to eat more.

B: Smoothie with mango, peach, orange, bluebery and 1 egg
L & D (BBQ for my dad – all afternoon) 2 bites of chorizo, small piece of Grilled chicken, 5 0z hawaiian steak, portebello mushroom, asparagus, coconut rice, slice of cake.
