    Jason goes Overhead.

    10am Endurance
    20 minutes for max distance.

    11am group WOD
    Back Squat 3 X3

    Followed by Team WOD:
    1 person rows 500M while the remainder of team members are doing thrusters 95/65. Total the number of thrusters and total the number of meters covered in 14 minutes.

    1. End. WOD: 20 minute run: 2.25 miles and, I’d say about 200 meters.
      First mile was 7:51 which made me happy.
      Class: Back squat: my legs were tired so I only did 2×3, both 65lb :(
      Push Press: 35lbs- i tried to do 65lbs and could only do one.
      Sweet Jesus, im hungry-food log later

    2. back squats 215 245 275

      WOD with team 1 @ 95# 69reps

    3. Pre End. workout: 1/2 a banana and 1 hard boiled egg (white only)
      In between workout: another banana
      Lunch: Tuna salad. no mayo but with a bunch of chopped veggies.
      Dinner: 2 hot dogs (no bun) corn on the cob (3 small pcs)
      I totally need to eat more.

    4. WOD
      Backsquats, 95, 105, 105
      Team WOD – 130 Thrusters @ 35lb

      B: Smoothie with mango, peach, orange, bluebery and 1 egg
      L & D (BBQ for my dad – all afternoon) 2 bites of chorizo, small piece of Grilled chicken, 5 0z hawaiian steak, portebello mushroom, asparagus, coconut rice, slice of cake.

      B: 3/4 cup greek yogurt, 1 cup of strawberries, 6 almonds
      L/D: went to a couple of parties – skirt steak, salad, cookies

      Pre-workout: 1/2 zone bar
      B/L: greek yogurt, stringcheese, 9 almonds
      S: peanut butter on bread
      D: 3 oz. london broil, stringbeans, red peppers

      Past few workouts:
      8/26: Fight Gone Bad (wall ball- 10lbs, SDHP-35lbs, Push Press 35lbs)
      Totals Overall: 224
      Breakdown – Box Jumps: 90, Push Press: 34, Row: 18, Wall Ball: 37, Sumo Deadlift: 45

      Made-up Fran: Used 35lbs, time: 9:46
      8/28
      5×5 Deadlifts, Hang Power Clean, Push Press – Used 35lbs for Round 1,2,3 and 45lbs for Round 4,5
      8/29
      3×3 Back Squat: weight – 45, 65, 75, 80
      Team WOD: completed 118 Thrusters at 35lbs

    7. Backsquats: 135, 165, 185
      Team WOD: 57 thrusters at 65lbs.
      B: Smoothie, 2 eggs, bacon
      BBQ: chicken thigh, rib eye steak, grilled veggies, rice, sangria, wine

    8. B- fruit
      L-turkey burger no bun, salad
      S-nuts and watermelon
      D- veggie omlet, cucumber, plum

    9. Breakfast: Ham and cheese pita
      Snack: Zone bar
      Lunch/Dinner: Chili’s bunch of apps and a brownie sundae for dessert.

      Oh yeah…moving is really doing my body good!
