    5 X Complex:
    5 Deadlift
    5 Hang Power Clean
    5 Push Press
    135/95/65

    Complete each round with out putting down the bar. This WOD is not for time. Focus on technique. Rest 3 minutes between each round.

      My last Gracie, I believe was right out of Foundations and I did 85lbs @ 5:15. So upped my weight 30lbs. Hope to do better next time Gracie rolls into town.

      Thought the bar was at 40 but it wasn’t. Did the last set at 40 and started to sweat.

      food log:
      B- 1 egg+1 egg white, 2 turkey sausage, tea w/milk & 1/2 tsp. sug. (can’t quite give this up) 1/2 apple w/ pb.
      L- 3 c. mixed salad w/ cup of raw broccoli, tuna, v & o, 1/2 boiled egg, 3 bites watermelon
      D- chicken, broc & mixed veg stir fry
      Snax- nectarine, raspberries, 1/4 c. greek yogurt (plain, 0%), tea m&s

      coffee with h&h
      b:4 paleo cookies (they were at the gym post WOD)
      l: 4oz roasted chicken, 1/2 avocado with lime, grilled portabello mushrooms w/ bals.vinegar
      D: string bean, pea, carrot succotash w/ wheat free soy sauce, roasted chicken, some avocado slices…and two more paleo cookies (can’t make them anymore …i eat them all in a day)

      lots of water all day

      Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs (whites only) half banana
      L: 1/2 a turkey wrap at the beach.
      D: sashimi cucumber roll

    10. 3.5 mile run
      S: fruit smoothie
      B: 2 eggs, 2 bacon strips
      L: veggie omelette
      D: Burger patty, one slice bread
      Several beers

    11. 2.5 mi run
      B-fruit and carrots
      L- turkey breast and salad, watermelon
      S- pistachios
      D- Shrimp with grilled veggies
      2.5 ciders…um no carbs = get drunk really easily.

    12. oh yeah, and a bananna

    13. Pre Wod: Smoothie with banana, oranges, peaches, almond butter
      3.5m run
      B 1 egg, 1 bacon strip
      L veggie omelette
      D beef and broccoli, two glasses of wine
