    WOD 9269-Sunday

    CFQ's newest ladies working on Med Ball Cleans.

    10am Endurance WOD
    4 x 5 minute intervals, 3 minutes rest.  Hold maximal distance for each interval.

    11am Tabata!
    8 rounds of each movement of :20 seconds of work followed by :10 seconds of rest.
    Dumb bell thrusters 35/25lbs
    Sumo dead lift high pulls 75/55lbs
    Box jumps 24″/20″

    1. Double Workout Madness!
      Endurance: 4×3 min on the rower with 3 minutes rest: 735, 720,736 and 728=2919
      Tabata low scores:
      Box Jumps: 8-20″
      SDHP: 7-45lbs
      Thrusters: 5-15lbs

    2. Tabata, lowest scores per round:
      24″ Box Jumps – 7
      75 lbs SDHP – 4
      25 lbs Thrusters – 4

    3. slight modification to the endurance wod today due to weather and smaller group.

      4 x 3 minute intervals on the rowers. Resting 3 minutes between efforts. Post distances to comments.

      Sweaty mess today in the humidity, but lots of effort today. Great job everyone.
