    Followed by:
    As many rounds as possibe in 14 minutes of:
    10 Burpees
    KettleBell farmer’s walk to mailbox and back (24K/16K)
    10 KB swings

    1. Press: 45, 55,60, 65 x2, 60 x1
      WOD: 4 full rounds plus swings and burpees for round 5. 1st round 24lb kb then went up to 35lbs (?) for the rest. FW: 15′s and 25′s

    2. Press: 90, 135, 145, 155(only got 1 also PR), 135

      WOD: 4 1/3
      Kettlbell:53lbs(1st round) then went down to 35lbs
      25lbs Farmers walks

    3. 1st time back in about a month. Felt good!

      Press: 45 x5, 55×5, 60 x3, 65 x3, 65 x3
      (thought we were doing 3×5 in the beginning, oops!)

      WOD: 4 rounds
      KB: 12 kg
      FW: 15 lbs <– would up this to 25 next time

    4. Press 5 X 3 #95 #115 #125 #125(Fail at 2nd) #115(Fail at 2nd)
      WOD: 5 rounds.

    5. Don’t forget about tomorrow’s endurance wod at 10am! Be there.

      90 min bike ride

      3 rounds for max reps of
      60 sec Sumo Deadlifts High Pulls @ 95lbs
      60 sec DB-Thrusters @ 30lbs
      60 sec Burpees
      60 sec Rest
