Hang Squat Snatch 5 x 3 reps
Five rounds for time of:
5 Hang Squat Snatch (75-80% of 3-rep max)
20 sit ups
10 Clapping Push-Ups

WOD: 12:30ish with 50#. Clapping pushups really really slowed me down.
