    CFQ at the Subway Series ready to hit the WOD.

    Hang Squat Snatch 5 x 3 reps

    Five rounds for time of:
    5 Hang Squat Snatch (75-80% of 3-rep max)
    20 sit ups
    10 Clapping Push-Ups

    Don’t forget to reserve a spot in class here.

    Friday is make up wod day.  Wear long socks if you have them, we’ll be working the ropes before the wod.

      10 Clapping Push-Ups (knees)
      Time: 11:06

    3. Hang Squat Snatch 5×3: 15, 20, 20, 20, 25
      WOD: 5 rounds for time -
      5 HS Snatch (15lb bar)
      20 situps
      10 clapping pushups (knees)
      time: 10:58

    4. 3 mile run @beach, time – 31:00
      wod – for time – 100 jumping jacks, 75 squats, 50 push ups, 25 burpees –time – 7:23

    5. WOD Time: 8:54, using 50lbs

    6. Hang Squat Snatch 5×3….65,75,85,95,105 (1 rep)
      WOD…..(75 LB Snatch) Time 11 12

      Also i saw on Robb Wolf’s web site today he is giving his Paleolithic Solution Seminar at Crossfit South Brooklyn. Its 9-5 Saturday September 4th. Anyone interested in the Paleo Diet or nutrition this guy knows his stuff.

      WOD just under 10:00 @ 50lbs

    10. 5 x 3: 50, 60, 70, 80 (only completed 1), 75 (only completed 1)
      WOD: 12:30ish with 50#. Clapping pushups really really slowed me down.
