    1. Upped my box jump ~4 inches today!

      WOD: 14min AMRAP
      21 box jumps (20″)
      15 deadlifts (35lbs)
      …7 push jerks (35lbs)

      3 rounds + 16 box jumps

    3. went heavy today.. which killed my amount.
      2 rounds and 21 BJ’s.

      first round
      21 box jumps
      15 deadlifts (115lbs)
      5 push jerks (115lbs)

      then swapped down to 95 lbs.. I had alot of trouble getting 115 lbs from the mat onto my chest to start pressing. ugh. Thanks to mike for getting me to go heavy though.

      Shoulder Press 5 @ 88lbs; 7 @ 99; 3×5 @ 99; 5 @ 88

      bfast: 4 scrambled eggs with mushrooms and asparagus
      lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs

      Now I know that I can go heavier on the Push Jerks…

      Got through 4 full rounds PLUS 15 DL and 4 PJ with 45lb bar

    7. 3×3 back squats: 145, 165, 175
      Got through 4 rounds and 15 DL with 35# DBs.

      Good to be back!

    8. I was 5 push jerks away from completing 4 rounds. I used 85lbs.
