    10 AM Endurance WOD
    Tabata run. 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest. Go for max distance each time. Note distances

    1. Oh no not looking forward to this Clean Eatin’ WOD….but I have to man up and do it ..let’s see how many of team B will actually be there to suffer with me.

      As I mentioned on yesterday’s post, after class me, Jess and Derek are going to meet in Astoria park at 1pm for some spikeball. Come out and join for some fun. You know Derek is going to take this chance to spike the ball at me for all the burpees in class :)

      Clean Eatin’ WOD 26:08 whew ! Only people on Team B to suffer were me, Heather and Ali today. Big ups to Eddie and Diane and JZ who joined in just for kicks :)

      The rest of Team B needs to make up this WOD ASAP.
