Yes, I was in at 6 AM for the first and last time ever. Thanks to the morning crew for putting up with any and all grumpiness/spaciness/homicidal tendencies.

B- 2 fried egg whites wrapped in red leaf, sprinkle of low fat cheese, 1/4 c. greek yogurt w/ raspberries & 1/2 nectarine, tea w/milk, 6 almonds.
L- 3 oz pork chop, 2 c. salad w/ v&o, apple, string cheese
Snack- hard boiled egg
D- 3 oz. london broil, 3 c. salad v& o, 1/2 c. broccoli, 1 slice b-day cake (obligatory- my niece & nephew made it special for me)
Seems like so much food, why am I starving?! i know…more veggies. I’m working out the kinks.
