    One month from today, we will be doing Fight Gone Bad in OUR NEW HOME! Thank you to all our members, without you we would not be what we are today.  A big thank you to Loupakis for being so generous and welcoming partners.  We are very excited and extremely grateful to be able to be in the position we are in today.  More details to come, stay tuned.

    Rest day today.  Come on in and make up a WOD from this week.  Remember, have your wod ready when you come in.

    2. New place looks AMAZING! Even more amazing: It’s closer to my apt! ;) Congrats to CFQ on the sweet upgrade!

      Is our WOD going to be to move the equipment from one place to the other? (Did I just dig my own grave?)

      OK, I had to scale the Push Press and the Sumos but I now know where my weaknesses are.

      This is how we should move:
      5 rounds of:
      * grab a plate, dumbbell , kettlebell or a bar
      * run from old CFQ to new CFQ.
      * sprint your way back.

      Yes, I was in at 6 AM for the first and last time ever. Thanks to the morning crew for putting up with any and all grumpiness/spaciness/homicidal tendencies.

      FGB Challenge Starting Stats: 144 lbs, 26.8% BF
      FGB Score: 211 (using 55# for PP and SDHP)

    16. AM: 13 mile bike-untimed
      PM: 2.65 run: 24:50
      Breakfast: apple, 1/2 banana (ran out of eggs) and a double espresso
      Lunch: Salmon and kale from Whole Foods
      Dinner: Chicken stir-fry and 1/2 sweet potatoe
      Snacks: banana, almonds and about 4 small carrots
      My boyfriend brought home cupcakes. I’ve resisted so far-but it’s early.

    18. Tabata this morning…KB swings, Sit ups and Dips. Tabata Dips = NO FUN!

      Breakfast: Protein Shake
      Snack: Zone Bar
      Lunch: Ham and cheese pita w/avocado and 1/2 apple
      Dinner: Ham and cheese pita w/olive oil mayo

      Moving tomorrow, so sandwiches are as fancy as it gets right now!

    19. B- 2 fried egg whites wrapped in red leaf, sprinkle of low fat cheese, 1/4 c. greek yogurt w/ raspberries & 1/2 nectarine, tea w/milk, 6 almonds.
      L- 3 oz pork chop, 2 c. salad w/ v&o, apple, string cheese
      Snack- hard boiled egg
      D- 3 oz. london broil, 3 c. salad v& o, 1/2 c. broccoli, 1 slice b-day cake (obligatory- my niece & nephew made it special for me)
      Seems like so much food, why am I starving?! i know…more veggies. I’m working out the kinks.

    20. B: 1 banana, 2 hard boiled eggs, coffee with soy milk
      L: spinach salad with chicken, broccoli, carrot, cucumber, avocado
      D: Steak with bite size maduro (plaintain) (yummy)
      S: handful of peanuts

      WOD: 4 mile run at the track

      L: apple (did not plan well)
      Dinner: 2 glasses of wine, one grilled lamb loin chop, portabello mushrooms and tomato salad

      dessert 4 paleo cookies hmmmmmm
