Skill work:
L- Sit Ladder

3 seconds faster would have been a PR but I’m happy with the result. Always a fun race!

Stayed a little lighter on dl’s to ensire good form. Tough one.
Re split times: -first mile was 8:13 after that I’m not sure. I don’t know if my watch can record split times. I should probably see about that. Also, I was just trying to breathe and not throw up
I was asking the rest of the group heather but that’s good info to know. Lol yea, you should look into your watches capabilities. I am sure it does record split times, but you may have to do some math.
I know Wil and Scott were around :30 sec splits on low end
I think Billy and Naz around:49 sec on a few with Billy being a few sec faster not sure about the rest

I ranged from 31 sec up to 41. That 41 was a mistake. All the other times were around 34 seconds.
