FLASH! Starting this Sunday @ 10am, we will begin working in CF Endurance workouts to our schedule.
Note: It is recommended that you leave at least 3 hours between regular CrossFit and CrossFit endurance workouts. Therefore, if you’re going to do an Endurance WOD at 10am, we will not let you do the CrossFit WOD at 11am. Please plan your week and workouts accordingly. We will be starting slowly, progressing according to the guidelines set by CF Endurance to ensure we progress you correctly and safely. Technique will be a major focus of these sessions.
