    WOD 9286- Thursday

    P$ and Mike going balls to the wall.


    Tabata Thursday
    :20 seconds of work followed by :10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.
    Sumo Deadlift High Pulls M 95lbs/ W 75lbs
    Lateral jumps
    Knees to Elbows
    Dumbbell Swings

    Followed by 2:00 minutes cummulative ring support. Post amount of time it took you to accumulate 2:00 min.
