I’m sorry I have to miss the wod tonight. I have an excruciating pain on my shoulder blade that radiates down my arm and that has kept me up for the past 2 nights. I have a doctor’s appointment Thursday, hope its just a pulled muscle.
Just received an email about one of those crazy races. This one is in September and includes free beer.

Note: Need to work on OH Squat form; reminder to push out knees really helped…also gotta keep eyes focused on one spot

OH Squats 15, 11, 11, 12, 11 = total 60 at 15# (was paranoid about losing form so I probably didn’t push myself – as soon as I felt a slight waiver in form, I put the bar down). Time was 21.14 or 21.24 can’t remember…

I’m still trying to get my shins to cooperate with me so I did 20 burpees instead of the 400m. It was a burpeefest.
OHS 15lbs: 11, 13, 15, 12, 10 (61 total).
I had a total of 72 reps for OHS @ 45# and my time was 19:19.
55 total OHS 75lbs in 19:18
