    Ok, Week 9 of the Goals Challenge.  There are only a few of you in the running for the top prizes.  You’ve got to be in it to win it folks. C’mon!

    We are getting new CFQ T’s!  These will be our core logo shirts.  We’re using unisex American Apparel T’s and plan to offer 2, max 3 color choices. We’re thinking 1 for guys, 1 for ladies, the balance white or heather grey.  Vote for your favs below.

    We will be collecting orders as soon as we nail down the color choices.  The T’s are planned to arrive in house before the Tough Mudder race.  They will take about 2 weeks to produce once we put the order in.  Order deadline will be April 12.

    Don’t forget about the Endurance WOD Sunday at 10am.  Come get your POSE on!

    !HOT! We will have a booth at the WLA 2 + 4,000 Member party, Thursday, April 8th.  We could use a volunteer, or two, to help at the event.  Everyone else come on out and show support at the party.

    Tough Mudder is SOLD OUT!  If you didn’t make it this event, there is always the Run-A-Muck coming up this June.  Who’s in?

    Is anyone interested in running the Scotland 10k in Central Park, Saturday April 3rd as practice for Tough Mudder?  Email Paul.

    The Endurance WOD’s have had a good amount of interest and have been a lot of fun.  We’ll continue running them Sunday’s at 10am moving forward until we sort out additional times on the schedule for this program.  If you have suggestions for days and times, please let us know.  Along with that, if anyone is interested getting their hands on the running homework, please email Paul.  You will need a metronome for it.
