      How did everyone do on their shoulder press – PRs? Shouts of encouragement and congratulations all around today. You can’t beat that!

      SP – 5′s, 3′s, then 1 x 135, 145, 155 (F), 155. 5 pounds shy of my current 1RM of 160 in Oct. Would have liked to do better here. Next time…
