      WUP 10 @ 45#, 5 @ 75#
      3X3 @ 115, 125, 135
      Felt like I could add more weight fine…next time targeting 145# or 155#

      Accessory Work:
      1 Rnd, 50 Dbl Unders + 43 Sit-ups
      My sit-ups slowed me down. Really need to work on those!

    3. Front squats( did genie rack due to bum wrist)

      Warmup
      5 @ 45, 5 @ 75

      3×3 @ 115, 115, 125

      I will shoot for 135 next time. Tough! I wanted to do more sets though. The tricky part is the spinal flexion.

      Accessory Work:

      2 rounds: 100 singles, 50 situps

      1 round: 100 singles, 32 situps.

      I did get about 10 or 15 real double unders today! That is a first!

      I also had my first real Paleo-ish day today.

      Breakfast: omelet with asparagus, feta, tomato

      Snacks: Blueberries, Fage yogurt, almonds, small piece of cheese.

      Dinner: Roasted chicken breast and thigh without skin. Sauteed kale with red pepper flakes.

      I feel pretty good…now off to snooze.

    4. 3×3 Front Squat: 65, 75, 85 then 20 @ 75lbs

      Completed 2 full rounds of 50 sit ups and 200 singles. 3rd round completed 50 sit ups and 108 singles.

      Breakfast: Eggs and tomatoes, decaf.
      Lunch: Grilled chicken, 1/2 a cucumber and some more tomatoes.
      Dinner: Salmon with veggies. 1 glass of white wine. 2 chocolate rugelach.

      115, 125, didnt have time for third set
      Back Squat 20 @ 115

      WOD
      1 round plus 50 DU’s and 27 Knees to Elbows
