    1. Sorry I couldn’t be there tonight gang. Looks like a tough one.

      Great article. The whole manufactured food industry scares me these days.

      This was the best statement in the article:
      “What you want,” says Kelly Brownell, director of Yale’s Rudd Center for Food Policy and Obesity, “is to reverse the fact that healthy food is too expensive and unhealthy food is too cheap, and the soda tax is a start. Unless food marketing changes, it’s hard to believe that anything else can work.”

      Anyone else have thoughts?

      That was a LONG 5 min!! How did you guys pace yourself? or did you guys go balls to the wall the first 2 min then lose steam? Most people did well breaking it down to managable sets with small rest periods.

    5. I forgot to tell you guys that you all ROCK! So many of you came out in the snow to WOD! Made my night!
