      Breakfast: Eggs, tomatoes, asparagus, grapefruit, banana, decaf
      Lunch: Broccoli, grilled chicken, sweet potatoes.
      Dinner: Green beans, pork loin and more sweet potatoes–snacks: Almonds, apple, 2 chocolate covered cherries.
