    35 Thrusters 45lbs/65lbs
    28 Pull-ups or Jumping Pull-ups
    35 Weighted push-ups 10lbs-45lbs
    28 Med Ball Cleans, 20lbs/14lbs
    35 Boxjumps
    28 Deadlifts 95lbs/65lbs
    35 Knees to Elbows
    400 M run with sandbag 20-65lbs

    10. Well, I worked out this morning before the WOD was posted and had to make something up by myself. I’m not quite sure why but somehow I was under the impression that we celebrated Paul’s 33th birhtday with a WOD that consisted of 33 exercises and we did 33 reps of each…so I came up with this one for Nazly’s cumpleaños.

      35 reps of each exercise:
      Squats; Push Ups; Sit Ups; SHDL @ 95lbs; Power Cleans @ 135lbs;
      Jerks @ 95lbs; Front Squats @95lbs; Thrusters @95lbs; Lunges forward
      DB Swings @50lbs; Deadlifts @135lbs; PowerSnatch @ 95lbs; Overhead-Squats @95lbs;
      Burpees; Shoulder Press @ 55lbs; Box Jumps; Back Extensions; Plank Hold
      Lateral Plank left; Lateral Plank right; Push Press 95lbs; Dips; Back Squats @95lbs; Bear Crawls; Renegade Rows @ 25lbs
      DB-Snatch right arm @ 25lbs; DB-Snatch left arm@25lbs; Rope Skipping; Lunges backwards; Farmers Walk @ 60lbs; Pull Ups;
      Knees to Elbows; Russian Twist; MedBall Cleans@25lbs; Sumo Deadlifts @ 225lbs

      Time was 1713, I think? 65# sandbag for thrusters, 25# wieghted pushups, 20# med ball cleans, 95# dead lifts, 50# sandbag run.

    15. Andy – we’ve never met, but everyone has told me great things about you. That workout confirms it – absolute insanity!

      WOD – 16:21 with 45# pushups (these were the hardest exercise for me) and large sandbag (not sure of weight). I loved the Birthday chipper and am looking forward to 36/29 next year.

      WOD 21:00 Thrusters sucked w 50lb sandbag felt like 70 lbs! Medball clean 14lbs, pushups 10lbs, deadlift 95lbs, 20lbs for sandbag run…….

      Ran into Steph and David at Bareburger…hope to see you two soon! (soon as in tonight :)

    19. @ David…ummm nope not paleo at all…busted :) Dinner was elk burger w lettuce for bun, split fries and chicken tenders w/ the boys w various nonpaleo dipping sauces. Yum!

      Today back to Paleo :)

    20. BUSTED!!! I felt like a kid getting caught smoking after school. I give myself way too much of a free pass when dining out.
