Since I won’t be there tomorrow (Sunday), figured I’d get a head start on the WOD.
100 burpees – 11:58.
I think it would have been much faster in the gym vs. on a hard floor, but c’est la vie.
Nice job erin! What was your time time we did 100 burpees?
Thanks – I’ve actually never done this one before, so no frame of reference. I’m sure I can beat it next time, though – I wasn’t going through the first 50 as quickly as I normally do.

Running workshop at The Yoga Room 2hrs.
Very intense workshop. Hip, hamstring and shoulder openers. We held the pigeon pose for 10 minutes–each side! Learned some new stretches and that my left side kicks my right sides ass in flexibility but not strength.
Breakfast: apple, banana, a few crackers with PB.
Lunch: Another banana
Dinner: Mixed salad with chicken and sweet potatoes. 2 beers.
Feeling strong!!!

For the burpees I finished in 10:25. I beat my time from one of my first journal entries! It was a great feeling that I didn’t have to amend them.
We might be a bit MIA for the next week or so but don’t worry I am using great form in deadlifting all my moving boxes!!!
