    1. AM: 3.2 mile run-32 minutes
      Breakfast: Eggs, veggies, banana, grapefruit, decaf.
      Lunch: Grilled chicken, broccoli, sweet potatoes.
      Dinner: Mixed salad, chicken, more sweet potatoes.
      Snack: Nuts, apple.
      WOD: 3×5 45, 55, 55lbs
      Drop down: 45lbs for all, unbroken
      then…45lbs HSC and body rows–7:33. Thanks for the counts Will :)
