my time was 8:17 for the WOD. I was slow with the push jerks but made up a lot of time with my pull ups which really improved.
Am: 3.2 mile run–about 32 minutes I think-
Breakfast: Egg whites, tomatoes, spinach
Lunch: Grilled chicken, sweet potatoes, corn, black beans, red peppers,
Dinner: Steak and salad
Snacks: Almonds, carrots.
WOD: 65lbs (wowsers!) and finished in 6:29
wod time 8:15 135lbs used a band on the pull ups. (pull ups need wooork)
