    Four rounds for time of:
    6 Push Jerks  155-185 lbsM/ 105-135 lbsW
    12 Pull Ups or Body Weight Rows

    2. my time was 8:17 for the WOD. I was slow with the push jerks but made up a lot of time with my pull ups which really improved.

    3. Am: 3.2 mile run–about 32 minutes I think-

      Breakfast: Egg whites, tomatoes, spinach
      Lunch: Grilled chicken, sweet potatoes, corn, black beans, red peppers,
      Dinner: Steak and salad
      Snacks: Almonds, carrots.

      WOD: 65lbs (wowsers!) and finished in 6:29

    4. wod time 8:15 135lbs used a band on the pull ups. (pull ups need wooork)

      Erin rock on with your badself 95lbs! Heather you did awesome on 65! James. …nice Kipping pullups! Top-gun. ..good numbers on the push jerks.

      Hands were giving out — made pull-ups difficult.
