    Accesssory WOD:
    10-8-6-4-2 Power Cleans
    50-40-30-20-10 Sit Ups Alternating Power Cleans and Sit Ups.

      155, 175, 185( bodyweight)

      Did 12 reps at 145lbs…not sure what percentage it was…just wanted to get a drop set in there.
