    Mikey violently shrugs during power cleans.

    Seven rounds for time of:
    95 pound Power snatch, 7 reps
    95 pound Snatch balance, 7 reps
    95 pound Overhead squat, 7 reps
    Scale accordingly.

    1. I was able to do 3 full rounds: 15, 15 then 25lbs.

      For me the shrug is the hardest! Felt better by the 3rd round, made the “ugly face” while remaining cute.

    2. Yay! for “ugly” (shrugging) faces while remaining cute!

      Everyone did good with the snatch practice. We will keep drilling this move this month and start to put some weight on.

      I like how everyone was focusing on the shrug and tight landing. I stayed after and did the WOD@ 45 for 2 rounds went up to 55 but then my arms were not extending all the way so finished rest of the rounds at 45. Thanks Raf and Thomas for being my extra eyes.

    3. WOD: 1st round 15# 2nd round 25#

      Second round was tough (ok, really tough). I need to work on keep my core tight (thanks Maura and Naz for the coaching!)

    4. 3 rds – 45#, 65#, 85#. wish we had more time – would have liked to hit 95 – 105#. knees and hips are a bit sore today. it’s been a while since i’ve done an OHS.

      B&P – really nice job adapting that WOD! good blend of staying fresh and going hard on those complex movements
