    3. Deadlift WU 45X 15, 95X 5, 135 X 5
      3X3 155, 175, 185 F, 185F, 185 got it done in singles bar would drop out of my hand mid way up….grip grrrrrrrrr.

      Acessory WOD @ 155 4:20

    4. Breakfast: Egg whites, 1/2 an orange, banana and asparagus.
      Lunch: Grilled chicken, corn, red peppers, onion, black beans, peas.
      Dinner: Sweet potatoes, skirt steak and salad

      Run: 5.5 miles with 6 hill repeats. Felt great!

    5. DL 315, 365, 385 x 3. Last set was uuuuugly! Time to lower the weight a bit and regain good form.
