    Rest day – Friday

    Week 5 of the Goals Challenge.  Did you turn in your journal for a review?  Strike one if not.  We’ve been seeing some impressive results from the challenge participants who’ve been consistently showing up, putting in the work and working on recovery when not at the gym.

    1. Breakfast: Eggs, leftover salad with chicken, banana, grapefruit, decaf.
      Lunch: Sea bass (a first and last) kale, tomatoes, pecans.
      Dinner: Chicken, tomatos and some crackers.

      1 arm Overhead Squats

      After class me and P$
      Back squat
      5-3-3-1-1-1
      WU 45, 95,
      135, 145, 155, 165, 175F, 175

      then did some drop down sets to work on form.
