    2. Back Squat – 125# Need to dial down the weight and work on technique, I’m not hitting the low point.

      WOD: 5:18 w/25#

    3. Back squat: 75-85-95
      WOD: 4 something (my fault) with 20lb db–going to 25 next time.
      Fun workout! Happy weekend :)

      125,135,155( even 155 seemed pretty medium) I will try 175 next time!!!

      WOD: 5:16 with 20lbs. Felt okay! I had a little creatine and water before, which seemed better than a carb right before workout.

      L sits were gross. My grip needs to get stronger if I want to finally get a kipping pullup.

      BS 225, 245, 275 x 3 felt good. I appreciate any feedback on form, depth, execution, that anyone has, so thanks and keep it coming! That was my old (recent) 1RM, so I’m pumped to max at the end of this strength bias cycle.

      4:49 for the workout. Lockout on PJs was questionable.

      6:03 to finish the L-hangs. Didn’t count sets but will do so next time. Towards the end they were more like lowercase-l-hangs.

      • Mikey, I’m right there with you on the lower case l’s towards the end. My feet have never felt so heavy. took me 7 minutes to get 2.
