We have a lot of new and exciting things going on at CFQ this month. A fundraiser memorial WOD, Winter Challenge and the launch of our December Workshop Series.
On Saturday, December 5th, we’re participating in the LumberJack 20 Memorial WOD. This is a fundraising WOD for the families that were affected by the events at Fort Hood. Click here to donate now.

Woot! You’ve talked, and we listened. We’re launching our December Workshop Series next week. We’re bringing you workshops on setting goals, nutrition, running and gymnastics. The workshops will be 2 hours in length and include lectures, drills, Q&A and of course a WOD. No workshop would be complete without one, now would it.
Workshop dates:
December 8th – Goals and Planning. Train with purpose. Set goals, make plans, achieve elite fitness.December 13th – Running and Endurance. Defining the standard for running form. “Train less, go faster” CrossFit Endurance.December 15th – Nutrition. What’s wrong with my OJ, banana and instant oatmeal for breakfast? December 22nd – Gymnastics. Do you know what a lever is? Gymnastics and body control are critical in CrossFit.
