Did this WOD at lunch 135 lbs not so much for time as I had breaks to talk with someone else in the room and had to answer the phone. Unless you are at a CF gym you don’t get the same for time results…whew 21:40 Deadlifts broke down fast as my grip gave out did them in sets of 3′s then 2′s
16 days left of Paleo challenge going strong. I have not weighed myself but I feel light and strong! And the swimsuit fit good all weekend. I will see what the scale says this week and report back. Most importantly I feel better prepared for WOD’s without the ups and down from my sugar crashes.
Coffee…im dragging today from all the beach and tennis action this weekend. I made my food last night and this morning to take to work and left it out on the counter…argh!
Jeez, what a tough WOD. I did this at an average gym and couldn’t find anything to do box jump burpees. So I did regular burpees instead and added five reps. 225 lbs turned out to be quite a load for 4x 15 reps.
