FGB_badgeFight Gone Bad 4 is tonight!
We are excited to be participating in this event and to partner with our neighbors, CrossFit LIC, to make this a success and overall great time.  We have 40 athletes participating and have raised almost $3,000 to benefit two great causes.  It’s going to be a lot of fun and a great opportunity to meet and workout with fellow CrossFit-ers.

Please try to arrive as early as possible. Doors open at 6pm for registration, warm up and schedule of events for the evening.  The 1st heat will begin at 7pm.

    Directions to CrossFit LIC:
Take the 7 train to the Vernon/Jackson stop
or take the G train to 21st Station
or take the E or V train to 23rd/Ely Ave (but this a longer walk)

The Rules for Fight Gone Bad
In this workout you spend one minute at each of five stations, resulting in a a five-minute round after which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for three rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of ‘rotate,’ the athletes must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower, where each calorie is one point. The stations are:

    Wall Ball for reps
Sumo Dead Lift High Pull for reps
    Box Jump for reps
    Push Press for reps
    Row for calories

    2. Emmm, that didn’t go so well. 164 points. But it was great fun, though.

Jazzy, I hope your knee is better. You did an outstanding job last night!

    3. Oh, and what I forgot to mention: Many many thanks to everyone who shouted my name.
