Wednesday- Rest Day
Rest day’s are the best! You need them to recover for the next intense WOD. If you don’t recover properly you will not be able to perfom better. How many rest days do you take a week?
Upcoming October events:
New Fall Schedule! Starting this weekend we will have classes Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7 pm. Saturday at 9 am and Sunday 11am. Foundations times remain the same.
October Foundations starts Oct 4th and will meet Tuesdays at 8pm and Sundays at 10 am. Register now!
Oct 3- CFQ is sending a team to get dirty at the Run Amuck Festival. which is 5K run with hills, beach crossings, water, walls, inflatables, and a MUD pit on Oct 3, 2009 at Harriman State Park. If you are interested email brandy@crossfitqueensny.com
Oct 13 – Coach Paul’s Birthday WOD followed by group diner at Fatty’s Cafe. A surprise killer WOD planned plus dinner/drinks to follow = good times!
Oct 17 – Men’s Health Urbanatholon: CFQ’s Urbanathalon team takes over Chicago in this 12 mile race with obstacle courses.
