    Wod 9082 – Tuesday

    In preparation for Fight Gone Bad 4 on September 23, 2009, we are doing Fight Gone Burpee tonight.

    Three rounds of one minute at each of the following five stations for max reps. One minute rest after each round. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately.

    Wall-ball
    Sumo dead lift high-pull
    Box jump
    Push-press
    Burpees

    Last year Jazzy and Mamie went out to support Coach B at CFSBK for Fight Gone Bad III. This year they are planning on participating in FGBIV with CFQ. What are your FGB goals?

    Tabata WOD-day
    The tabata protocol is 32 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.  8 rounds of each movement.  Where the first movement is pull ups, then push press (45# barbell), followed by box jumps and finally sit ups.

    Score lowest number of reps from each round and post to comments.
    Example: Pull ups 7, push press 15, box jump 10, sit up 12 = 44
