    We have so many good things going on during July it’s scary!

    Check it:

    • The first CFQ Foundations Program begins this month.  We still have a few spots left, so if you’re interested, you can still secure your spot today.
    • Cool new t-shirts arrive this week!  Order yours today.  Our buddy MalcolmCrews Designs designed them for us.  Thanks MC!
    • New items in the CFQ spreadshirt shop
    • It’s official, we have our own salad “The CFQ Salad”. It’s available Sundays after class at our new favorite restaurant in Astoria,  MUNCH.  Delicious and Zone and Paleo friendly.  Mmm, mm.
    • New “toys” on the way.  Be on the lookout for squat/press stands, Dynamax medicine balls and more barbells.  We have one other surprise pending, but can’t give it away just yet.
    • Adding another park workout to our schedule.  Now you can get your CrossFit on 5 days of the week!
    • New “Challenges” for July covering nutrition and strength.  Challenges will be 1 month long and involve one or more elements of CrossFit.
    • We added a Nutrition page to the blog!  We’re starting to build our Nutrition program, so if you have links, suggestions or would like to see topics covered, let us know.
    • Journaling.  If you haven’t already received your journal, ask about them during your next visit.  These will be a key piece of equipment for our July challenges and your training.

    July is going to be a productive and fun month!  We can’t wait to see the results and all the progress the end of the month.
