    200M Sprint. Rest amount of time it took you to complete sprint.
    400M Sprint.  Rest amount of time it took you to complete sprint.
    600 M Sprint.  Rest amount of time it took you to complete sprint.
    400M Sprint.  Rest amount of time it took you to complete sprint.
    200M Sprint.  Rest amount of time it took you to complete sprint.

    Finish with 100 M walking lunges.
