    WOD 9031 – Park WOD

    3 sets not for time: max pull ups

    5 rounds:
    1 min max burpees
    1 min max tuck jumps
    1 min max jumping jacks
    1 min max distance run
    1 min rest

    Score total reps.  Post total score to comments.

    Where:  Astoria Park.

    When:  7pm at the pull up bars.  Look for the CrossFit Queens banner at the west end of the track.

    Run 1,200m (3 laps)

    Five rounds for time of:
    30 Box jump, 24 inch box
    30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

    Run 800m (2 laps)

    To make things easier with the shoe transition, we’re grouping the runs together at the beginning and end.
