    Pull ups= 74
    Box jumps= 43
    50# Presses= 55
    Double unders= 155(singles)
    50# Squats= 30

  5. CONGRATULATIONS to Paul & Brandy. You’ve done it and I know the feeling as it is still fresh in my memory. Only a month ago we opened and the adrenaline rush was awesome.     Are you planning on getting Barbells, bumper plates and similar stuff in? I’d really like to learn olympic weightlifting but don’t have the time to commute to Lost Battalion Hall since their hours are so limited.
